Vegan groceries for this week. I haven’t wanted to try a vegan lifestyle yet because I’m nursing, but a fellow fitblr suggested “Peas and Thank You.” Love the book so much that I’m going for it this week. We’ll see. So far, my groceries were very inexpensive compared to my normal meals. Meal plans: spaghetti with quinoa pasta, tortilla pizzas, veggie wraps, mock buffalo chicken salad, almond butter & apples, and Chinese salads. Plus I grabbed a ton of vegan chocolate bars. (But not too many.)
